繼尋晚完成 Group training 後,今朝一早相約隊友去workout, 今日既內容係Submax workout.

Submax workout 有咩用?
主要針對係運動員身上定期做既一次測試測試。測試運動員主要基礎次最大力量.

今朝我地做左 Deadlift 同 Squat test.
另2個號稱運動員三寶中其中2個,屬於多關節運動,有效發展全身肌肉力量。

有人問點解唔測 maximum strength. 因為我覺得有一個potential risk 增加受傷機會。所以用次一個 level 測試會較好。
